In response to Perinton Conservation Board’s recommendations made on March 14, 2018.

”Residents are not happy with the lack of progress made in regards to odors.  Despite Waste Management saying they had a blank check, they have shown more interest in retaining profits than fixing the problems caused by their negligent business practices of the past ten years.  We prefer a permanent cap and closure recommendation effective 4/1/18, not 4/30/18.” -Gary McNeil, Director of FAFE, Inc.
